"The dust of Delhi riots is making us blind and Home Minister Amit Shah is seen nowhere. This is something he should be worried about. Questions are being asked as to where Amit Shah was when Delhi was burning?" the Shiv Sena asked in Saamana on Friday.

"Ajit Doval was seen on the roads meeting people. When will people get to see the home minister? [Amit] Shah was seen during Delhi election distributing pamphlets," the Sena asked.

Taking a dig at the central government, the Shiv Sena wrote that around 35 people were killed in the national capital, but Modi ministers of Modi government were in Ahmedabad folding hands before US President Donald Trump.

The Sena, in its mouthpiece, said hyper-nationalism and communalism are taking the country 100 years behind.

In Saamana, the Shiv Sena said will the Opposition demanding action in Delhi riots be termed anti-national. "Instigating speeches have become politics. The economy of the country is going through a crisis, but the focus is on hate speeches," the Sena editorial said.

’COURTS BEING PUNISHED FOR SPEAKING TRUTH’

On the transfer of Delhi HC judge, the Sena said the government punished him after he ordered FIRs against Union Minister, Anurag Thakur, MP Parvesh Verma and Kapil Mishra.

"Even the courts are being punished to speak the truth. What is wrong in what justice Murlidhar said?" the Sena asked.

SLAMS ALLY CONGRESS, SAYS WEAK OPPOSITION FAILED TO QUESTION BJP

The Shiv Sena also went on to slam the ’weak’ opposition, which the party said has failed to question the BJP. "If BJP was in the opposition, they would have blocked the roads of Delhi and demanded the resignation of Home Minister. But because BJP is in power and opposition weak, nothing like this will happen," the Shiv Sena said.
