Bengaluru, Mar 18, 2020: In the early morning of Wednesday, former Madhya Pradesh chief minister and Congress leader Digvijaya Singh arrived at the Kempegowda International Airport in Bengaluru. He was received by newly-appointed president of the Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) and former Karnataka minister DK Shivakumar, India Today reported.
It is being reported that Digivijay Singh was not allowed to meet the 22 Congress MLAs of the MP Assembly who are currently in Bengaluru. DK Shivakumar also went to the Ramana Hotel in Bengaluru’s Yelahanka area which is where the rebel MLAs are currently staying.

Addressing media persons after he was not given the permission to sit on dharna, Digvijaya Singh said, "My 22 MLAs have been held captive here in Bangalore. They want to talk to me. Their phones have been snatched. Let me allow to meet them."
