New Delhi, Jan 09, 2023: Former Army Chief General Deepak Kapoor and other retired top defense officers joined Rahul Gandhi-led Bharat Jodo Yatra in Haryana on Sunday.
Amid cold waves and dense fog, the Congress yatra resumed in the morning from Dodwa in Karnal’s Nilokheri region and entered the Kurukshetra district later in the day. Several Congress supporters were seen dancing shirtless as Rahul Gandhi led the yatra.
Senior party leaders Bhupinder Singh Hooda, Randeep Singh Surjewala, and Kumari Selja are part of the Yatra’s Haryana leg.
