Giant king cobra rescued from toilet in Odisha

Odisha, Oct 08 2019: A 15-foot-long giant king cobra was rescued from a local’s toilet at Niladrinagar village in Balimela of Odisha’s Malkangiri district.
The snake was captured from the toilet of Sushant Patra’s house. The matter came to light when Sushant’s son was taking a bath outside their toilet. He spotted the snake and immediately informed his family members.
As panic gripped in the area, forest staff was called in for help. Forester Sibu Lenka reached the spot and rescued the giant king cobra with the help of two local youth.
