Handwara: Militant killed in ongoing encounter

Srinagar, June 24, 2016: One militant has been killed in an ongoing encounter in Handwara area of Jammu and Kashmir.

A joint team of 21 Rashtriya Rifles and Handwara Police are engaged in a gunbattle since last night with a group of militants hidden in the forest area.

According to a intelligence reports there was a group of infiltrators hiding in the forest trigerring a gunbattle.
