Mumbai local train mob strips, whips teenagers suspected of mobile theft

New Delhi, February 18, 2016: Two teenagers suspected of mobile phone theft inside a compartment of a Mumbai local train were stripped naked and beaten black and blue by other railway passengers.

As seen in the video of the incident, the teenagers were beaten inside the compartment first and then taken out onto the platform where they were attacked over and over again.

The fate of the victims is not shown in the video.

The Mumbai Government Railway Police is said to be investigating the matter.
