New Delhi, May 22, 2015: Congress leader and industrialist Naveen Jindal and former Jharkhand chief minister Madhu Koda were on Friday granted bail in a coal block allocation case.
The special court in Jharkhand’s Amarkonda Murgadangal also granted bail to former minister of state for coal Dasari Narayan Rao, former coal secretary HC Gupta and six others.
All accused were told by the court that they cannot leave India without getting its consent.
The court has also fixed June 1 as the next date for hearing of the case.
