Nusrat Jahan’s first public appearance post delivery, opens up about child’s father

Mumbai, Sep 09, 2021: Bengali actress and TMC MP Nusrat Jahan made her first public appearance on September 8, after delivering her first child.

The actress welcomed a baby boy on August 26. In less than a month, the actress has resumed work. For the first time, Nusrat publicly spoke about her child’s father.

In a recent post on Instagram, Nusrat Jahan, shared a powerful message for her haters. Today, September 8, the actress spoke about her son’s father while addressing the media. When asked when can one get the first glimpse of her son, Nusrat said, "You should ask his father that. He is not letting anyone see him at the moment."

NUSRAT WELCOMED A BABY BOY ON AUGUST 26

Nusrat Jahan was admitted to Neotia Hospital in Kolkata on August 25. Bengali actor Yash Dasgupta drove Nusrat to the hospital. He confirmed that Nusrat and her baby are doing well. “For those who have been enquiring about Nusrat’s health, the mother and child are healthy and doing well,” he said.

Nusrat Jahan and Nikhil Jain got married in Turkey in a private wedding ceremony on June 19, 2019, after dating for a while. Nusrat, earlier in 2021, revealed that her wedding with Nikhil was not valid under Indian laws in a statement. Nusrat and Nikhil have been separated since November 2020.

Nusrat Jahan is the star of Bengali films such as Shotru, Jamai 420, Love Express, Zulfiqar and Asur. She joined politics in 2019 and contested from Basirhat as a Trinamool Congress candidate.
