More SDPI ( an offshoot of the PFI) and Popular Front workers are being questioned about the whereabouts of other people involved in the murder.

On Monday, three people were arrested in the case. The accused were identified as Subair, Salam and Isahak. All of them are natives of the Palakkad district in Kerala.

The incident took place on Kinassery near Palakkad-Thrissur National Highway. There were a total of 15 wounds on Sanjith’s body.
