New Delhi, Dec 11, 2014: Russia’s President Vladimir Putin held talks with Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday as sanctions-hit Moscow tries to strengthen energy, defence and strategic ties in Asia.
India has agreed to identify a second site, in addition to Kudankulam, for Russian-designed nuclear power units.
