Hassan, March 1, 2025: State BJP president B Y Vijayendra on Friday predicted that many political developments will take place in the state as many people are waiting for Chief Minister Siddaramaiah to resign so that they can become the chief minister.
He told reporters, "The competition for the chief minister’s position is increasing daily in the Congress. There are signs of rapid political developments."
’DKS won’t come to BJP’
“Deputy Chief Minister D K Shivakumar participated in the Maha Shivaratri programme, organised by the Isha Foundation in Coimbatore, with Union Home Minister Amit Shah. But it has nothing to do with political polarisation. There is no meaning for the speculation that Shivakumar will come to the BJP," he said.
Commenting on the meetings conducted by BJP leader M P Renukacharya, he said, “There is no direct or indirect support to such meetings. I urge everyone, including Renukacharya, that holding such meetings does not bring repute to anyone. It will not benefit the party. I will personally talk to Renukacharya about this."
