New Delhi, March 01, 2016: Delhi Police on Monday filed sexual harassment case against TERI Executive Vice Chairman RK Pachauri, facing sexual harassment allegations by an ex-woman colleague.
Pachauri, who is out on a bail, has however denied the sexual harassment charges.
In February last year, former chief of a United Nations climate panel was accused of sexually harassing a 29-year-old female researcher working at the Delhi-based TERI where Pachauri was Director General.
The complainant also accused the former director general of TERI of threatening her after seeing her talking to a male colleague in 2014.
Trouble mounted for the 75-year-old world renowned scientist, who was already embroiled a legal battle over allegations of sexual harassment, when another woman, a former employee of TERI, came out in public in February this year and made similar allegations against him.
