Jul 15 2017, DH: Bihar deputy chief minister and Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad Yadav’s son Tejaswi Yadav on Saturday skipped an event attended by chief minister Nitish Kumar, by showing the signs of widening rift between the ruling grand-alliance. However, Nitish attended the event as per the schedule.
The event was held at Gyan Bhawan in Patna, and marked the celebration of the first anniversary of the ‘Kushal Yuva Karyakram’ focusing on the government’s digital initiatives.
Tejashwi Yadav was a guest of honour at the event, and his nameplate was found to be covered up.
