Mysuru, February 20, 2025: Former MP Prathap Simha and BJP member made a controversial statement against Muslims, in Mysuru, on Monday.
While speaking to media persons on the Udayagiri Police Station attack case, Simha said, "Muslims should have left Bharat during the Partition itself. Those who have stayed back are only making children to increase their population,” he said.
Replying to a question, Simha said, "Muslim rulers were not courageous, but barbaric. Muslims did not know, what bravery is. They were only violent and barbaric,” he said.
Pointing to the attack on the police station in Mysuru, Simha said, "The Congress government in Karnataka has given a free permit to Muslims, to pelt stones at Hindus. Who has the courage here to introduce ‘buldozer’ rule like Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath of Uttar Pradesh? Can we expect it from Chief Minister Siddaramaiah or Home Minister G Parameshwara?” he asked.
