Mangaluru, Aug 30, 2021: The now inaugurated " Sri Krishna Dhyana Kendra , Mudipu" , is a meditation centre, also housing a heritage museum , built at the highest peak at dakshina kannada district measuring over 600 feet above sea level in the scenic outskirts of mangalore city known as "Mudipu gudde".

The centre is created on the basis of belief that the truth is one and practicing any religion without embracing the truth is like the blind following the blind. It is a known fact that those who belong to the god are always compassionate and love is the religion of the universe. It transcends the boundaries of religion and leads to greater level of realizations. It is by considering this view , the trust has accepted that the meditation is one of the most natural and profoundly rewarding activity and hence an appropriate platform for the purpose is created in this part of the country for liberating the future generations from the stressful, fearful, confused and constantly worried or anxious lifestyle.

The museum is created in the krishna dhyana kendra which is a unique collection of items representing the history and culture of our district and also presents an insight into an evolution of mankind, humanity on the planet. The inseparable merger of human beings and the mother nature can be felt upon detailed observation of the exhibits in the museum . It is one of its kind and a must visit place in our district today .

The open air theatre

It is a marvellous creation on the back of Dhyana Kendra which accommodates sizeable crowd with seating arrangements and it hosts excellent facilities including nicely set open stage , green room & other facilities to conduct any type of cultural programmes or events.
