3 vehicles, police outpost damaged in serial mishap at Katapady Junction

Kaup, October 18, 2024: Three vehicles were damaged after a tanker went berserk due to a technical fault at Katapady Junction on the NH 66 on October 17, Thursday.
The tanker which was on way to Udupi from Mangaluru hit a car and a scooter and then rammed into a police outpost. Even a CCTV camera was damaged. Luckily no one was injured in the mishap. Even the tanker was damaged.
The accident disrupted traffic for some time on the route.
