31st kit distribution for TB patients held under Nikshaya Mitra Scheme at Farangipet

Bantwal, April 5, 2025: The 31st installment of kit distribution program for tuberculosis patients was held at Farangipet Sewanjali Sabhagraha under the Central Government’s Nikshaya Mitra Scheme.

Dr. Sumalatha R. Shetty, Medical Superintendent of KS Hegde Hospital Deralakatte, said that if the government’s schemes are to reach the people, it is possible through organizations like Sewanjali. Medicine is very important. Proper diet is necessary. One should take the medicine prescribed by the doctor.

Vinay N Rai, owner of Ganesh Medical, Dr Chetan, a doctor from the Sewanjali unit of KS Hegde Hospital, Sarah Moideen from Thumbay, and Mahabal Kulal were present on the stage.

Krishna Kumar Poonja welcomed the gathering, Devdas Shetty Codman conducted the program.
