Bantwal, December 02, 2024: An accused in an assault case who was absconding since 12 years without appearing for court hearings, has been arrested by the Bantwal police.
The arrested man is Mohammad Ansar of Madhwa in Kavalapadur village. He was accused in a case of assault by barging into a house at Kavalakatte in 2012. However he had then gone into hiding and never appeared before the court.
