Mangaluru, Aug 08, 2022: Police who had been to arrest an accused against whom there was arrest warrant, were assaulted  following which the accused as well as his wife have been arrested. Those arrested are Mansoor (41) and his wife Asma  of Adyapady.

The accused Mansoor  has several cases against him in various police stations of the district as well as the state. As there was an arrest warrant, police led by Moodbidri PSI Sudeep, Bajpe inspector Prakash and others had been to arrest him when  Mansoor, his wife and other family members obstructed the cops.
