Army vehicle mishap: Soldier Anoop Poojary’s mortal remains arrives at hometown Beejady

Kundapur, December 26, 2024: The mortal remains of soldier Anoop Poojary who tragically lost his life in an army vehicle mishap at Poonch in Jammu and Kashmir, has reached his hometown Beejady on Thursday.
Thousands were present enroute to pay their respects.
The last rites will be held near the Beejady sea shore. Officials from the district administration, District Police and Army will be present.
The mortal remains earlier arrived by a Military plane from Jammu and landed in Mangaluru International Airport where local MP Brijesh Chowta paid his last respects.
