Bantwal, Oct 2, 2023: In a suspected case of suicide, an art gallery owner was found dead in a lake at Parlottu near Neralakatte on the Maani-Mysuru state highway on October 2, Monday morning.

 

Narayana Kulal


The deceased is Narayana Kulal, owner of Amoolya Art Gallery. He was a resident of Soorikumeru and also worked as an LIC agent.

On Monday locals on noticing a bike, mobile phone and footwear near the lake had informed the police and fire service personnel. Later, following a search the body was found.

Though at the outset this looks to be a case of suicide, investigations will reveal the exact cause of death.
