Brahmavar, April 16, 2025: The series of accidents at the identified black spot near Mahesh Hospital junction in Brahmavar continues, with yet another incident reported on Wednesday, April 16.
In the latest case, an auto-rickshaw traveling from SMS College and waiting at the road divider for a U-turn was struck by a container truck coming from Kundapur. The collision was forceful, leaving the auto-rickshaw severely damaged.
Preliminary reports indicate that the auto’s passengers sustained injuries and were promptly rushed to a nearby private hospital for medical care.
This junction has long been identified as a high-risk zone, sparking renewed concerns over road safety. Authorities are now under increasing pressure to assess the site and implement urgent safety measures to prevent further accidents.
