BJP leader pulls up MLA Khader for remarks on Ullal NIA raid

Mangaluru, Aug 14, 2021: District BJP President Sudarshan Moodbidri has taken a dig at MLA and former minister U T Khader for his recent statement that there was no need for confusing statements regarding the NIA raid in Ullal. "Ullal is in our own land and is not in Pakistan," the BJP leader said.

Speaking to reporters here, the BJP leader said the party defends the act of the Hindu outfits including VHP which had staged a protest outside the residence of former MLA Idinabba, where the raid took place.

"Documents have revealed that Idinabba’s grand daughter and her husband have joined the ISIS. The family has links to terrorists and also Love Jihad, Khader has said that outsiders have come to Ullal to protest in his constituency. Ullal is not in Pakistan but in our own land," remarked Sudarshan.
