Udupi, Aug 11,2017: A bail petition filed by three prime accused in sensational Bhaskar Shetty murder case in the Supreme Court has been rejected. The court asked the three accused, Rajeshwari, wife of the deceased, her son Navaneeth Shetty and Niranjan Bhat to wait to apply for bail until the investigation team completes its probe into the mysterious murder of Bhaskar Shetty.
The court has also asked the trio to file bail petition after six months, if the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) team fails to complete its investigation into the case. Udupi based businessman, Bhaskar Shetty was allegedly murdered by the three prime accused in the case on July 28, 2016. Earlier, Karnataka High Court had also rejected the bail petition of the prime accused.
