Bantwal, February 26, 2025: A woman who was crossing the road lost her life after she was knocked down by a two-wheeler in front of the LIC office at BC Road.


Women death


The deceased is Saraswathi (50), wife of Sadarama of Nattibailu. Saraswathi’s husband was an LIC agent and she had been to the LIC office to participate in a function. The mishap took place when she was returning home from the LIC office.

Though she was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital and then shifted to a hospital in Mangaluru, her life could not be saved.
