Beltangady , April 21, 2015: According to Beltangady police, Anand (50)  a painter, and his son Dinesh (20) were going to Belthangady on a motorbike . Anand was driving the motorcycle with Dinesh as pillion.

A lorry reportedly collided with the motorcycle and they fell on the road.  Dinesh died on the spot while Anand died while being taken to a hospital. The  sand laden lorry dragged the two-wheeler down a few meters. The accident occurred  near Benaka Hospital in Ujire on April 20,  Monday.
