Bhatkal man arrested for misbehaving with lady techie in train

Udupi, august 29, 2024: Manipal police have arrested a man on the charges of misbehaving with a young woman while travelling in a train.
The arrested person is Shuraim (22) of Bhatkal. The young woman of Udupi origin who works in an IT company in Bengaluru had travelled to Udupi from Bengaluru by train two days ago. As the train reached Mulki, the man reportedly misbehaved with the woman.
When she objected, he reportedly apologized to her. The woman who had clicked a picture of the abuser had informed the railway police.
The Manipal police later arrested the accused.
