Hebri, September 26, 2024: Pramod, a MESCOM staff from Hebri has won all praise for his noteworthy deed of solving an electricity problem in Shivapura Moodsalu by going to the affected place by swimming across a lake. A snapped electricity cable had resulted in the power problem.

Residents of Shivapura Moodsalu had brought their problem to the notice of MESCOM.  But anyone who has to go to this village had to cross the stream. Pramod who decided to help the villagers, immediately set out, crossed the stream by swimming, repaired the faulty line and returned.

A video of Pramod’s act has gone viral on social media and he has received widespread commendation.

Pramod hails from Chennagiri in Davanagere and has been working for MESCOM in Hebri since the past two years
