Change in Yeswantpur-Karwar-Yeswantpur Express Services

Bengaluru, March 07, 2020: It has been decided by Railway Board to introduce the service of Train No. 16595 / 16596 Yesvantpur - Karwar - Yesvantpur Daily Express via Padil Bye-pass without touching Mangaluru Junction and Mangaluru Central, duly cancelling the existing service of Train No.16523/16524 Bengaluru-Karwar-Bengaluru Tri-Weekly Express and the service of Train No.16513/16514 Bengaluru-Karwar-Bengaluru Express(4 Days a week).

·The service of Train No.16513 Bengaluru-Karwar Express will be cancelled with effect from 11.03.2020

·The service of Train No.16514 Karwar-Bengaluru  Express will be cancelled with effect from 09.03.2020

·The service of Train No.16523 Bengaluru-Karwar Tri-Weekly Express will be cancelled with effect from 08.03.2020

·The service of Train No.16524  Karwar-Bengaluru Tri-Weekly Express will be cancelled with effect from 12.03.2020

ADDITIONAL COACHES FOR BENGALURU- KANNUR-BENGALURU EXPRESS

Note:-There will be no change in the service of Train No.16511 Bengaluru-Kannur Express, Train No.16517 Bengaluru-Kannur Express, Train No.16512 Kannur-Bengaluru Express and the service of Train No.16518 Kannur-Bengaluru Express.The coach of composition of these train services have been revised as detailed below:

The composition of service of Train No.16511 Bengaluru-Kannur Express will be revised with effect from 11.03.2020

The composition of service of Train No.16517 Bengaluru-Kannur Tri-Weekly Express will be revised with effect from 08.03.2020.

The composition of  service of Train No.16512  Kannur-Bengaluru Tri-Weekly Express will be revised with effect from 09.03.2020

The composition of  service of Train No.16518  Kannur-Bengaluru Tri-Weekly Express will be revised with effect from 12.03.2020

Existing Coach Composition(9 Coaches):

AC 2- Tier Cum 3-Tier Coach-1, Sleeper Class Coaches-4, General Second Class Coaches-2, Luggage Cum Brake van Coaches-2

Revised Coach Composition(15 Coaches):

AC 2- Tier Cum 3-Tier Coach-1, AC 2-Tier Coach-1, AC 3-Tier Coach-1, Sleeper Class Coaches-6, General Second Class Coaches-4, Luggage Cum Brake van Coaches-2

Yesvantpur - Karwar - Yesvantpur Express Daily Via Padil Bye-pass:

The regular service of Train No.16595  Yesvantpur - Karwar - Yesvantpur Daily Express and the service of  Train No.16596 Karwar -Yeswantpur Daily Express  will start from 08th March 2020(Sunday). 

The service of Train No. 16595 Yesvantpur - Karwar Express Daily will leave from Yesvantpur at 18:45 hrs daily from 08th March 2020. Train will reach Karwar at 08.25 hrs on the next day.

The service of Train No. 16596 Karwar - Yesvantpur Express Daily will leave from Karwar at 18:00 hrs daily from 08th March 2020. Train will reach Yesvantpur at 08.00 hrs on the next day.

Stoppages

Chikbanavar, Channarayapatna, Hassan, Sakleshpur, Subrahmanya Road, Kaniuru Halt, Kabakaputtur, Bantwala, Surathkal, Mulki, Udupi, Barkur, Kundapura, Mookambika Road Byndoor, Bhatkal, Murdeshwar, Honnavar, Kumta, Gokarna Road and Ankola stations.

Composition ( LHB Coaches) :

 2 Tier AC - 01 Coach, 3 Tier AC - 01 Coach, Sleeper - 07 Coaches, General - 03 Coaches, Generator Car - 02.
