Changes in train services to facilitate track maintenance works in the Palakkad division

Mangaluru, April 1, 2025: To facilitate track maintenance works in various locations in the Palakkad division on various days, the following changes were made to the train services

Short-Termination of train service

1. Train No. 56603 Coimbatore Junction - Shoranur Junction Passenger journey commencing on 18th, 25th April 2025 & 02nd May 2025 from Coimbatore Junction will be short-terminated at Palakkad Junction. This train service will be partially cancelled between Palakkad Junction and Shoranur Junction.

Change of origination to the train service

1. Train No. 22638 Mangaluru Central - Dr MGR Chennai Central West Coast Superfast Express journey commencing on 09th & 23rd April 2025 at 23.45 hrs from Mangaluru Central will originate its journey from Mangaluru Junction at 01.00 hrs on 10th & 24th April 2025.

Rescheduling of train service

1. Train No. 22633 Thiruvananthapuram Central – Hazrat Nizamuddin Junction Weekly Superfast Express journey commencing on 09th & 23rd April 2025 from Thiruvananthapuram Central at 14.40 hrs will be rescheduled to depart at 16.05 hrs on the same day. (01 hour 25 minutes late)

Regulation of train service

1. Train No. 16312 Thiruvananthapuram North – Shri Ganganagar Weekly Express journey commencing on 12th, 19th, 26th April 2025 & 03rd May 2025 from Thiruvananthapuram North will be regulated by 01 hour 10 minutes en- route.

2. Train No. 22637 Dr MGR Chennai Central – Mangaluru Central West Coast Superfast Express journey commencing on 05th, 19th & 23rd April 2025 from Dr MGR Chennai Central will be regulated by 40 minutes en- route.

3. Train No. 22633 Thiruvananthapuram Central – Hazrat Nizamuddin Junction Weekly Superfast Express journey commencing on 09th & 23rd April 2025 from Thiruvananthapuram Central will be regulated by 01 hour 30 minutes en- route.

4. Train No. 16338 Ernakulam Junction – Okha Bi-Weekly Express journey commencing on 09th April 2024 from Ernakulam Junction will be regulated by 01 hour en- route.

5. Train No. 16338 Ernakulam Junction – Okha Bi-Weekly Express journey commencing on 23rd April 2024 from Ernakulam Junction will be regulated by 30 minutes en- route.

6. Train No. 12224 Ernakulam Junction – Lokmanya Tilak (T) Duronto Superfast Weekly Express journey commencing on 09th April 2024 from Ernakulam Junction will be regulated by 50 minutes en- route.

7. Train No. 12224 Ernakulam Junction – Lokmanya Tilak (T) Duronto Superfast Weekly Express journey commencing on 23rd April 2024 from Ernakulam Junction will be regulated by 30 minutes en- route.

8. Train No. 16307 Alappuzha – Kannur Express journey commencing on 09th & 23rd April 2025 from Alappuzha will be regulated by 01 hour 30 minutes en- route.

9. Train No. 16307 Alappuzha – Kannur Express journey commencing on 16th April 2025 from Alappuzha will be regulated by 50 minutes en- route.

10. Train No. 56602 Shoranur Junction – Kozhikode Passenger journey commencing on 09th, 16th & 23rd April 2025 from Shoranur Junction will be regulated by 40 minutes en- route.

11. Train No. 12082 Thiruvananthapuram Central – Kannur Express journey commencing on 09th & 23rd April 2025 from Thiruvananthapuram Central will be regulated by 40 minutes en- route.

12. Train No. 12618 Hazrat Nizamuddin Junction – Ernakulam Junction Mangala Lakshadweep Superfast Express journey commencing on 23rd April 2025 from Hazrat Nizamuddin Junction will be regulated by 50 minutes en- route.

13. Train No. 12218 Chandigarh - Thiruvananthapuram North Kerala Sampark Kranti Superfast Express journey commencing on 23rd April 2025 from Chandigarh will be regulated by 30 minutes en- route.

14. Train No. 56604 Shoranur Junction – Coimbatore Junction Passenger journey commencing on 11th, 17th, 22nd, 25th, 29th April 2025 & 02nd, 06th May 2025 from Shoranur Junction will be regulated by 01 hour 10 minutes en- route.

15. Train No. 22610 Coimbatore Junction - Mangaluru Central Intercity Superfast Express journey commencing on 12th April 2025 from Coimbatore Junction will be regulated by 01 hour en- route.

16. Train No. 66609 Palakkad Junction – Ernakulam Junction Memu journey commencing on 12th April 2025 from Palakkad Junction will be regulated by 50 minutes en- route.

17. Train No. 16344 Madurai Junction - Thiruvananthapuram Central Amrita Express journey commencing on 22nd, 29th April 2025 & 06th May 2025 from Madurai Junction will be regulated by 50 minutes en-route.
