Changes in train services to facilitate track maintenance

Mangaluru, October 31, 2024: To facilitate track maintenance works in various locations in the Thiruvananthapuram division on various days the following changes were made to the train services

Short termination of train service

Train No. 16325 Nilambur Road – Kottayam Intercity Express journey commencing on 03rd, 10th and 17th November 2024 from Nilambur Road will be short terminated at Ettumanur. The service of this train will be cancelled between Ettumanur and Kottayam.

Change of origination to the train service

Train No. 16326 Kottayam - Nilambur Road Intercity Express journey commencing on 05th, 12th and 19th November 2024 from Kottayam will originate its journey from Ettumanur at its scheduled departure time of 05.27 hrs. The service of this train will be cancelled between Kottayam and Ettumanur.

 
Diversion of train services

Train No. 22653 Thiruvananthapuram Central – Hazrat Nizamuddin Junction Weekly Superfast Express journey commencing on 02nd, 09th and 16th  November 2024 from Thiruvananthapuram Central will be diverted via Alappuzha and Ernakulam Town by skipping stoppages at Changanassery and Kottayam with additional stoppages at Alappuzha.


Regulation of train service

1. Train No. 16348 Mangaluru Central – Thiruvananthapuram Central Express journey commencing on 02nd, 04th, 14th and 16th November 2024 from Mangaluru Central will be regulated by 45 minutes en-route.

2. Train No. 16348 Mangaluru Central – Thiruvananthapuram Central Express journey commencing on 03rd, 10th and 17th November 2024 from Mangaluru Central will be regulated by 35 minutes en-route.

3. Train No. 22114 Kochuveli – Lokmanya Tilak (T) Weekly Superfast Express journey commencing on 04th, 07th, 11th, 14th, 18th, 21st, 25th and 28th November 2024 from Kochuveli will be regulated by 45 minutes en-route.

4. Train No. 22114 Kochuveli – Lokmanya Tilak (T) Weekly Superfast Express journey commencing on 11th November 2024 from Kochuveli will be regulated by 40 minutes en-route.

5. Train No. 16344 Madurai Junction – Thiruvananthapuram Central Amrita Express journey commencing on 02nd, 14th and 16th November 2024 from Madurai Junction will be regulated by 30 minutes en-route.

6. Train No. 22653 Thiruvananthapuram Central – Hazrat Nizamuddin Junction Weekly Superfast Express journey commencing on 09th November 2024 from Thiruvananthapuram Central will be regulated by 40 minutes en-route.

7. Train No. 16335 Gandhidham BG – Nagercoil Junction Weekly Express journey commencing on 01st and 15th November 2024 from Gandhidham BG will be regulated by 50 minutes en-route.

8. Train No. 22653 Thiruvananthapuram Central – Hazrat Nizamuddin Junction Weekly Superfast Express journey commencing on 16th, 23rd and 30th November 2024 from Thiruvananthapuram Central will be regulated by 45 minutes en-route.
