MANGALORE, Nov.15: Classique Signature, the latest venture of Mangalore’s well-known  Mahabaleshwara Promoters and Builders (P) Ltd,  was inaugurated  by District in-charge Minister J Krishna Palemar on November 15, Sunday.The  super luxury apartment complex is  located at Alvares Road, Kadri.

 

 

 

 

In his address, Palemar  congratulated the promoters Mahabaleshwara Promoters and Builders for dedicating this luxurious apartment complex to Mangalore.

N Yogish Bhat, Legislator, who was the chief guest, said Classique Signature  stood apart from the rest of the apartment complexes in the city through its several unique features.

Fr Sylvester  Vincent Lobo, Assistant Parish Priest of St Sebastian Church, Bendore, blessed the occasion.

Mayor Shanker Bhat, who also spoke, appreciated Classique Signature and said it added to the beauty of Mangalore.

Nalin Kumar Kateel, MP from Dakshina Kannada, P Jayaram Bhat, CEO and Managing Director of Karnataka Bank, Abhayachandra Jain, UT Khader, Legislators and Dr Madhav Bhandari, Chairman of MUDA who  were  present as  chief guests, were all praise for KC Naik, Chairman of Mahabaleshwara  Promoters and Builders for the efforts put in by him in  developing this apartment complex, which is one of its kind in Mangalore.
