DYFI organizes procession in honor of Bhagat Singh

Mangalore, March 24, 2012 : The Democratic Youth Federation of India (DYFI) organized a procession in commemoration of the birth anniversary Bhagat Singh.

The DYFI activists who participated in the procession wore Bhagat Singh masks and held candles as they marched along from the DC’s office to Clock Tower. They also shouted slogans on the need to work for national progress and pledged that they would keep alive the ideals that Bhagat Singh stood for.

Imtiyaz, the president of the DYFI (Mangalore); Dayananda Shetty, the district secretary; and Santhosh Bajal, the city secretary, also participated in the procession.
