Mangalore, May 15: Fr. G. W. Vas, the parish priest of Paldane Mother Theresa Church, congratulated his childhood friend, Dr. Aloysius Paul D’Souza, who successfully completed 15 years as the bishop of Mangalore Diocese.

Fr. Vas presented the bishop a bouquet of flowers. E. Fernandes, the director of Four Wind, and Fr. William Menezes, the PRO of Bishop’s House, were also present on the occasion.
