Mangaluru, May 23, 2023: A goods train which was heading towards Bareily from Chennai via Kerala and Mangaluru derailed near the Thokur Railway Station on May 22, Monday. The unloaded goods train belonged to Adani group.
Following the derailment, the Yeshwanthpur-Karwar day train was allowed to move on another track. A team from Goa is expected to visit Thokur to set the goods train in order so that it could continue its journey.
