Mangaluru, Nov 28, 2017: A Digital LED hoarding that publicises the various schemes and programmes of the government was inaugurated at the entrance of the DC office here on November 28, Tuesday. The unique hoarding has been put up by the Information and Public Relations Department in order to sensitize the public about government schemes.
DK District in-charge Minister Ramanatha Rai inaugurated the Digital LED hoarding and informed that it has been set up at a cost of Rs 32 lakhs with due permission of the Deputy Commissioner and Mangaluru City Corporation.
Deputy Commissioner Sasikanth Senthil, MLAs J R Lobo, Moidin Bava and others were present.
The Digital LED hoarding will function from 10 am to 9 pm and will require 30 units of power per day.
