Iconic INLAND BUSINESS PARK Inaugurated

Mangaluru, April 29, 2024: The iconic commercial complex, INLAND BUSINESS PARK, developed by Inland Infrastructure Developments, was inaugurated by Prof. Dr. Shantharam Shetty, distinguished orthopedic surgeon and Pro-Chancellor of Nitte University on Sunday, April 28, 2024. Alongside him were Mr. Siraj Ahmed, Chairman & Managing Director of the Inland Group, Directors Meraj Yusuf, Wahaj Yusuf, MLA Vedavyas Kamath, Mayor Sudhir Shetty Kannur, and CA S S Nayak, former Chairman of ICAI.

 

In his keynote address, Chairman Siraj Ahmed expressed his excitement about the strategic location of INLAND BUSINESS PARK, situated on Bejai Main Road, near prominent landmarks such as Bharat Mall and KSRTC Main Bus Terminus. He emphasized its potential to become a premier commercial hub, catering to diverse businesses ranging from multinational corporations to healthcare facilities and upscale dining establishments.

Dr. Shantharam Shetty, reflecting on his deep connection with Mangalore, hailed the project as a testament to the city’s growth and potential. Mayor Sudheer Shetty Kannur commended the contribution of builders like Siraj Ahmed to the development of Mangalore, highlighting the significance of the smart city initiatives.
Ullas Kadri, the Marketing head of INLAND Group, provided insights into the project’s features, emphasizing its modern amenities and flexible office spaces. Noteworthy aspects include ample parking, advanced security systems, and a distinctive Italian marble lobby housing a chic café.

The medical fraternity’s needs are also addressed, with dedicated spaces on the second and third floors for clinics, diagnostic centers, and pharmacies, filling a crucial gap in healthcare infrastructure in the Bejai area.

With several commercial spaces already sold, Managing Director Wahaj Yusuf expressed gratitude to the attendees, and Managing Director Meraj Yusuf delivered the vote of thanks, marking the successful launch of INLAND BUSINESS PARK.
