janardhana poojary test positive for coronavirusMangaluru, July 5, 2020: Former union minister  B Janardhana Poojary has tested positive for Covid-19. He was subject to the Covid test on Saturday. As a precautionary measure the senior leader has been admitted to a  private hospital. His son Santosh J Poojary has informed that  there was no need for panic as   his father  is asymptomatic and is fine.


It  has also been learnt that  Janardhana Poojary’s wife and children too have tested positive for Covid-19.

Over 40 people test positive for Covid-19 in Ullal
Over 40 people have tested positive for Covid-19 in Ullal  on Sunday.  There has been a lot of anxiety in Ullal area mainly because many who have been subject to random testing have  tested positive.

Over 150 people have tested positive for Covid-19 after two women patients from Ullal succumbed to the infection recently.
