Kasargod: Young lorry driver dies in freak mishap

Kasargod, Dec 09, 2023: In a tragic incident, a young lorry driver lost his life after coming under the tyres of his own vehicle at Neerchalu Goliyadka near Badiadka on December 9, Saturday morning.

The deceased is Mohammad Naufal (23).  He had kept the engine of the lorry on and had stepped out of the vehicle to open the gate when the lorry all of a sudden moved forward crushing Naufal under the tyres. He was immediately rushed to the hospital, however he had breathed his last by then.

A case has been registered in Badiadka police station.
