Mangaluru, Sep 05, 2023: The state government has issued an order transferring City Police Commissioner Kuldeep Kumar Jain.  Anupam Agarwal has been appointed as the new Police Commissioner.

Anshu Kumar, DCP (Law and Order) in Mangaluru has been appointed as the Superintendent of Police of Coastal Security Police, Udupi replacing Abdul Ahad who has been appointed as DCP, Central Division, Bengaluru City.

Udupi District Superintendent of Police Akshay Machindra too has been transferred and Dr Arun K has been appointed as the new SP. Arun was hitherto working as SP and Principal of Police Training Centre, Kalaburagi.
