Mangaluru, Oct 07, 2021: The leopard which was seen near Vijayanagar of Maroli area in Mangaluru last Sunday, was spotted again near the Red Building at Maroli at around 2.30 pm on Wednesday.
A local resident Sunitha who saw the leopard near her house had immediately brought the matter to the notice of the forest officials. The officials who rushed to the spot noticed the paw marks of the leopard in the area. A combing operation was conducted but the leopard was not traced. The Forest Department has placed a cage in the area.
