Mangaluru, Aug 16, 2023: Lions and Leo Club Palguni, in association with Yuvavahini Kulur, celebrated the 77th Independence Day in Panjimogaru Anganavadi Kendra with the Anganavadi Children.  Member of Mangalore City Corporation, Mr. Ganesh Kulal, was called as a Guest of Honor for the Flag Hosting, and Member of Mangalore City Corporation, Mr. Anil Kumar, launched the campaign "Meet and Greet the Real Heros" organized by Lions and Leo Club, Mangalore Palguni.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Meet and Greet the Real Heroes was all about recognizing and appreciating the Real unrecognized Heroes around the Locality who have sacrificed and have done many things for our Society. Lions and Leo Club Palguni has recognized 50 Real heroes, including Policemen Kavoor Station, Doctor Keshav Raj, Teacher Mrs.Prameela ,Nurse Mrs. Nayana, Mescom workers Kavoor, Traffic Police Kadri Station, Auto Drivers, Ambulance Driver Mr. Shekar Kulal, Postman, Social Service Activist, School Security Guard Mr. Purushotham Devadiga, School Bus Driver Mr.Chamanna and Animal care Trust Caretaker Miss Flaviya

Specially, Member of Legislative Assembly Vedavyas Kamath, Member of Mangalore City Corporation Anil Kumar. and Former Tulu Academy President Dayanand Kathalsar showed support for Meet & Greet the Real Hero’s Campaign.

Lions President Lion Bhaskar Kotian, Charter President Lion Lokesh Kotian, Yuvavahini Kulur President Yashwantha Poojary, Manjutty Anganavadi Kendra Teacher Prameela and Leo President Abhilasha Suvarna were present, and the program was hosted by Lions Club Secretary Lion CA Shravan.
