The MUDA Master Plan (Revision-II) 2021 Final, Mangalore Local Planning Area, within the Smart City Limits of the Mangaluru City Corporation should be updated and upgraded on a priority basis, especially on the outskirts like Surathkal, Kulai, Honnakatte, etc. for these moderate development areas to come to the same level of development of Mangauru Smart city. The Master plan is not updated for decades and at some places, does not even show the correct roads. Higher priority should be given to the circulation map roads to be concreted with drainage, footpaths and Street Lights
