MRPL Honored with Governance Now 11th PSU Award for HR Excellence

Mangaluru, March 2, 2025: Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL) has been recognized for its exemplary Human Resource Management and Corporate Leadership, receiving the prestigious Governance Now 11th PSU Award in the category of HR Excellence. The award ceremony was held on February 28 at the Holiday Inn, Aerocity, New Delhi.

The event was attended by several distinguished dignitaries, including Shri Satya Pal Singh, Former Minister of State for Human Resource Development and Former Minister of State for Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation, who presented the awards. Also present were Shri Satish Chandra Dubey, Hon’ble Minister of State for Coal and Mines, Government of India, and Shri Kailashnath Adhikari, Managing Director of Governance Now.

Receiving the award on behalf of MRPL were Mr. Sandesh J Cutinho Prabhu, Chief General Manager (HR), Mr. Patrick Rajesh Minz, General Manager (HR), and Mr. Sandeep KV, Chief Manager (HR).

The Governance Now 11th PSU Awards celebrate outstanding contributions by Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) in the fields of corporate leadership and governance.
