He said the rally   will be flagged off at the Urva Grounds at 3.30 p.m. and will reach Kannur grounds via Lady Hill - Hill Road - Jyoti - Balmatta - Bendurwell - Pumpwell - Nagori and Alape.

Several party leaders will take part in the rally, he said adding Congress units from all seven constituencies will present various programmes like street plays to create awareness on the inefficiency of the state government.

Mithun Rai said that internal squabbles have been haunting the BJP since the past  four months and added the party has been split into three. The BJP leaders who have shrugged off their responsibility of providing good governance were instead  looting the treasury, he alleged.
