This distinguished event was organized by the West Bengal Birendra Memorial Fine Arts and Cultural Society and was sponsored by the Central Government of India. The award show is known for recognizing exceptional talent in the field of fine arts and celebrating artists who have made significant contributions to the cultural landscape.

Zubair Khan Kudla received this accolade for his exquisite artwork depicting Buddha, which has garnered widespread acclaim for its depth and artistic finesse. Born to Adam Khan and Fatima, Zubair Khan Kudla hails from Mangaluru, a city known for its vibrant cultural scene.
