Mangaluru, Oct 01, 2020:    A  DVD  on the learning module of the new Beary script was released by DK District Kannada Sahitya Parishat President Pradeep Kumar Kalkura at a function held at the Mangaluru Taluk Panchayat Auditorium on September 30, Wednesday.

Speaking on the occasion, he welcomed the initiative of the Academy in developing the script and said there was a close bonding between  Beary culture and Tulu culture.

Basheer Baikampady, President of Beary  Literary and Cultural Association launched a campaign  on using Beary language in social media.

Beary script  graphic designer Sachin Shah,  script creator Abdurrazak Ananthady,  Academy Registrar Poornima and others were present.
