Mangaluru, November 19, 2024: Excise officials in two separate raids have seized illegally stocked liquor.

In the first case, the officials raided the house of a person named Chandrakanth at Gorigudda and seized 47 litres of Goa liquor of different brands worth Rs 64,500.

In another raid police seized 11.250 litres liquor of various brands worth Rs one lakh which a person named Shyam Sunder Nambiar of Souterpete was illegally transporting in his two-wheeler.

Excise inspector Kamala and other staff took part in the operation.
