Shetty has been implicated in 13 serious criminal cases registered within the jurisdiction of the Mangaluru Police Commissionerate and Dakshina Kannada district. His alleged offences include one murder case, four attempt-to-murder cases, and charges related to dacoity, unlawful assembly, assault, and offences against women.
