Mangaluru: Youth goes missing, takes away 40 grams gold from house

Mangaluru, April 16, 2025: A youth hailing from Mallali Matti in Badagulipady has been reported missing since April 11.
As per a complaint lodged, the youth Nikhil Raj (21) had also taken 40 grams of gold from the cupboard in the house before leaving. He also left behind a note saying he was under huge debt. He had also left behind a mobile phone which reportedly belonged to a female friend of his.
Nikhil Raj is the son of Ramachandra and is 5.5 feet tall and has wheatish complexion. He speaks Kannada and Tulu.
Anyone knowing his whereabouts have been requested to contact Bajpe police station.
